What is VoIP?
Voice over IP is a growing technology that allows your office phones to communicate over your network. It uses special IP phones and/or IP phone software to communicate with a central VoIP server. It provides all the same features a traditional phone service offers and more.

The need for consultants
VoIP is fairly new and very complicated to setup. Voice data is also very time sensitive. This is why VoIP servers require a lot of proper planning and configuration in order to prevent jittery phone calls and proper operation.
